By installing or using Post Text Formatter ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

Post Text Formatter is a free browser extension that provides text formatting tools for social media platforms including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Threads, Bluesky, YouTube, and Pinterest. The Extension converts text to Unicode characters that render as bold, italic, strikethrough, and other styles.

3. Free of Charge

The Extension is provided free of charge. There are no paid plans, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, but any existing free functionality will remain free.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Extension in compliance with all applicable laws and the terms of service of each social media platform.
• Not use the Extension for spam, harassment, or any activity that violates the policies of the platforms you use.
• Not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the Extension's source code.

5. Intellectual Property

The Extension, including its code, design, and branding, is the property of Post Text Formatter. Unicode characters used for text styling are part of the Unicode Standard and are not proprietary to us.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all websites or browser versions.

Unicode-styled text may render differently depending on the platform, device, or font. We do not control how third-party platforms display Unicode characters.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Post Text Formatter and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of followers or engagement, or account restrictions on third-party platforms.

8. Third-Party Platforms

The Extension interacts with third-party social media platforms. We are not affiliated with LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Meta, Bluesky, YouTube, Pinterest, or any other platform. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service.

9. Modifications

We may update the Extension or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Extension or this page.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from your browser. We reserve the right to discontinue the Extension at any time without notice.
